Appointments are very important to our team members. Although adjustments are necessary to make changes, reschedule or cancel services requested, we respectfully require a 24hr notice for all appointments. Should a cancellation occur outside these perimeters or without said notice the service will be subject to a service charge based on the designers discretion.
